June 19, 1905 authorized the formation of the Brown School District
Senior Trustee- E.E. Evett, (bio below) Estevan, Assiniboia

July 31, 1905 they were given legal permission to borrow $1,000 to build and furnish a School House.

1939- A.C. Bryce Sec-Treasurer, salary $700

1945- 20 pupils,

1948 it was 13 miles west of Estevan near Highway 18, enrollment was 18 pupils, grades 1-8
small teacherage, or board was available 1/2 mile from the school for $30
