Dec 10, 1904 they were allowed to borrow $800 to aquire school site, build and furnish the school

Here is an ad for a lady School Teacher
submitted by F. A. Cleophas, Sec-Treasurer

In 1911 Census, Frederick Cleophas,
(shown in error as Cleopkas)
lived on NW Sec 16, Tsp 3, Rge 6, W2,
with his wife, Leonara (sp?), son Thuon (sp?), and daughter Inez.
With them as a boarder was Ethel Lloyd,
a female School Teacher, b- Sept 1886, in ON, age 24.

Frederick A. Cleophas, b- Mar 27, 1874, d- July 16, 1939
His wife, Leonora, Nee Blaser),
and son Theron Clephas, all buried in Bienfait Cemetery

A famous pupil of this school, in the mid 1940's was Dr. Morrel Paul Bachynski, P.Eng., Ph.D.

where Morrel and his siblings were raised.
